TERMS OF SERVICE

Read the TOS (Term of Service) carefully, when ordering a comission.
▸ Comissioning me, you have agreed on with the TOS.
▸ I have the rights to change and update Terms of Service at any time.
▸ I keep refering on the TOS: 'artist (Lina)', as myself.▸ Artist (Lina) has all the rights to decline the comission with no further explanation.I. Artwork as talked on here is being DIGITAL.
▸ Client will receive the artwork mentioned on TOS, on digital form.
▸ Artist (Lina) will send the finished artwork via cloud, e-mail or other form that is agreed upon both parties.
▵ The artworks are sent in PNG (TIF and PDF forms if needed) with 300dpi.II. Good communication is the key ♥ feel free to ask anything regarding to comissioning, wishes, or such via e-mail. or other form of contacting i.e socials
▸ Proper comissioning happens through e-mail.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT POLICY

I. Artist (Lina) hold full copyright on to the commissioned artwork.
▸ Artist (Lina) can publish the commissioned artwork on socials and portfolio.
▸ Client can make a request during comissioning, that the artwork is not to made public, that can be agreed on both parties.II. Usage of the artwork's WIP (work in progress) and finished piece that is shared with a client
▸ is for PERSONAL use only.III. Commercial usage has to be inquired and will priced individually.IV. The artwork in its any stage + finished piece, is prohibited to use for:
▸ (AI, Machine Learning, NFT, Crypto) tools of any kind.
▴ If violated, artist (Lina) has right to demand compensation with the amount they find sufficient.V. Client can't re-sell or monetize the artwork, that is prohibited.VI. Client can share the artwork on their socials as long as artist (Lina) is credited on the work.
▸ Client cannot claim the artwork as theirs.

PAYMENTS

I. Full payment will happen after the approval of the sketch of the artwork.
▸ Once it is accepted, payment will be non-refundable.II. Once payment is arrived, Lina will start working on the comission work.
▸ In any case with no reason to disclose, artist (Lina) can cancel the comissioned work, and the price can be refunded in that case.III. The changes of the prices will not affect on the artworks that are agreed upon before the changes may take place.IV. Payments happens via bank transfer (within EU and Finland), Paypal through invoice is acceptable as well.** Paypal is not in use at the moment.
